About This Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Materials handler

  • Working knowledge of mold tech set up, and resin supply system
  • Understanding of work order, mold tech change forms and packaging documents.
  • Color changes complete with minimal scrap document KPI per colour change forms
  • Break coverage set up and minimizing down time.
  • Rail car hook up per process
  • Silo system understand metering system
  • Regrind silo/ usage per Injection molding machine requirements
  • Operations processes and data tracking procedures
  • Auxiliary equipment, hot stampers, gasket installers functions.
  • Shop Logix code entering
  • MII label printing process

    • Safety

  • Responsible to bring forward with continuous improvement initiatives to improve orientating and retaining new employees.
  • Coaching team members on safety policy, and infraction documentation.
