As part of the Facilities Management Team, the Material Control Assistant will:
Be responsible for planning, scheduling, directing, and performing all duties applicable to shipping/receiving and inventory control.
Perform general duties associated with transporting and moving furniture, equipment and supplies; budget management as it relates to supplies, and general maintenance of mechanical systems and components related to the position.
Provide functional guidance to maintenance staff performing shipping and receiving duties.
Conduct daily pickups and delivery of supplies, mail, and bank deposits using the company vehicle are also a requirement.
