As a Mass Timber Regional Business Manager- Canada, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Simpson's share in the Mass Timber market across North America. You will coordinate with and contribute to the overall company efforts to profitably grow our business. You are responsible for identifying and addressing customer needs, competition, and market potential and helping to formulate and execute the business strategy for this industry. You will also lead and participate in training sessions/workshops throughout Canada and across North America. These workshops require scheduling, promotion, set-up, presentation, and take-down, as well as providing observation and suggestions for improvement.
