About the role: MY ARMOR (MyArmor Wellness Pvt. Ltd.) is a D2C brand across Bedding, Baby, Home and Pet, selling on Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify. We‘re hiring a Marketplace Growth Manager to grow our marketplace business — revenue, ads and account performance — with a primary focus on scaling Flipkart. This is a growth role focused on sales and ad efficiency — not operations, warehousing, logistics or delivery. If your background is in fulfillment or supply chain, this isn‘t the right fit.

Who we‘re looking for Someone who has driven growth on a major marketplace — Amazon or Flipkart — and is ready to own and scale our Flipkart business going forward.
