Matters concerning the development of new customers and new business
Collection, analysis, accumulation to conduct Risk and Opportunity Management in the view of marketing.
Preparation of documentation pertaining to prequalification for tenders
Following internal rule, communication with Intβl Div, Internal and external coordination with the Project Teams, Tender Team, Design Team and Contract Management Team on all commercial matters for the formation of Contract
Qualification
Have more than 10 years of work experience in Taiwan construction industry (including developers, general contractors, engineering companies, consultants, and design offices)
Taiwanese speaker and have a good network and manner of business connection in Taiwan.
Have experience in managing and leading a sales team, and providing guidance and development to subordinates and junior staff
