The Marketing Capability & Creative Excellence Manager is accountable for building world‑class brand building capabilities across Nestlé Vietnam, ensuring that Brand Building the Nestlé Way (BBNW) is deeply understood, consistently applied, and measurably improves brand performance. This role acts as the bridge between Global/Zone marketing frameworks and local execution, embedding BBNW, strengthening foundational marketing skills, and accelerating the transformation toward best‑in‑class brand building in Vietnam.
