Review distributor audit requests received from the Sales Finance team and plan audit schedules accordingly. Coordinate and communicate confirmed audit dates with all stakeholders. Ensure audits are completed as per planned schedules without delays. Coordinate collection of audited materials within defined timelines. Handle stock clearance activities from CFAs and ensure timely closure. Ensure external audit agencies follow company audit processes and guidelines. Arrange packaging materials and maintain Minimum Stock Levels (MSL) at audit agency locations. Share daily reports and provide weekly/monthly status updates to internal teams.
