The Market Development Manager, Interventional Urology Brazil is responsible for managing all commercial activities including market development, product sales, and market strategy. This position focuses on the development, coordination and execution of sales and marketing plans to drive sustained product adoption and achieve sales growth with the UroLift system sold across Brazil. The candidate will work with the global Interventional Urology business unit to adapt marketing programs and global best practices for Brazil. This key role is essential to the rapid adoption of the UroLift system and will manage distributors, interact with customers and key stakeholders as the company expands its customer base and grows sales in a dynamic and fast-paced business.
