Will perform operations on castings for surface preparation such as blasting, belting, grinding, and benching according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida Location.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Setting up and operating benching procedures on castings using basic tools like die grinders, tool belts, buffing wheels, blast cabinets, and auxiliary equipment. + Preparing castings to be visually inspected. + Using Mercury to verify serial numbers, adjusting machines, performing troubleshooting, and maintaining the quality of the parts produced. + Performing improvement analysis and basic or defined maintenance operations with maintenance technicians or external service providers. + Cross training and other duties may be assigned as needed.
