Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
Automotive industry experience (Tier 1 preferred)
Advanced English proficiency
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP Systems, and KPI management
