The role focuses on enhancing employee relations, managing HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in English and knowledge of HRIS systems are also required.
