Manufacturing Engineer, Equipment 

Description

Provide up-front manufacturing engineering for equipment, tools, and processes for Inteva’s Interiors projects; this equipment and tooling will be primarily automated assembly and plastics joining applications. Responsibilities will include the implementation of this equipment at the plant locations.

  • Provide new equipment specifications and generate equipment statement of requirements.
  • Provide equipment and tooling cost estimates for new business quotations.
  • Fully support the Product Development Teams through regular meeting attendance, personal interaction, commitment to deliverables, and support for team members
  • Equipment and tools to be ready on time, within budget, meeting all quality standards, and meeting all pertinent safety standards
