BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Valuations & Modelling team in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
Support investment entity and investment holding entity reviews in accordance with CBV standards for large enterprise clients and institutional investors.
Manage business valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax planning, compliance, and transaction advisory purposes.
Support fairness opinion engagements by preparing financial analysis and valuation assessments related to mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Support BDO’s assurance practice in assessing the fair value of assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide valuation analysis for complex financial instruments including derivatives, employee stock options, senior debt, and other securities.
