Leading on-going strategic planning.
Identifying and framing strategic growth opportunities including cross-business synergies.
Helping contextualize the competitive landscape.
Providing unbiased assessment of performance vs. key strategic objectives.
Influencing and managing stakeholders to optimize pan-TDI P&L, process, and policies and outperform competitive benchmarks.
