Manager, Student Success – Regular, Full-time

Summary of Duties: Provides strategic leadership for a student-centred environment that promotes accessibility, wellness, and student success across the full student journey. Oversees Student Success operations by leading staff and faculty, ensuring effective service delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement of programs and advising services. Collaborates with senior leadership to set priorities and direction, while developing and monitoring frameworks for mental health, accessibility, and student support. Dries the development of inclusive, high-quality programs and policies that enhance student retention, engagement, and academic success.
