We’re looking for a full‑time Store Manager to lead the BonLook store at Toronto Eaton Centre. This role is 40 hours per week with weekend and evening availability.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
Collaborate with Regional Manager to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve store objectives
Build and inspire motivated, high‑performing teams aligned with organizational goals
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision
Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve store objectives
