Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Team Leaders, Specialists, teammates, and professionals
  • Motivate, build, coach, and develop a team of Team Leader
  • Monitor performance metrics and service levels
  • Build and leverage strong relationships
  • Advise strategic guidance on which vendors PayPal and its entities should partner with in each region
  • Partner with internal stakeholders by establishing regular updates and communications
