Salary & Compensation Salary Range (but Not Limited To): 138,500 - 169,300. Annual Bonus Target is based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance). Bonus target is 15%. In addition, the company shares its success with employees through an annual bonus plan and an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – with Intact matching 50% of your net shares. Pension offerings provide flexibility and long‑term security, including the defined benefit pension plan that offers guaranteed income for life. Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to the role, internal equity, and other factors. The listed range is based on a 35‑hour workweek and is representative of a majority of candidate profiles, but we encourage applicants who may fall outside this range to apply.
