This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the Toronto office
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on specific sales force programs and applications for the Financial Planning Program.
Analyze business opportunities to recommend new strategies, programs, and tactics.
Design and execute programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of sales force applications/programs such as Scorecard, target setting, compensation administration/initiatives, and process improvement.
Provide support to employees to facilitate the achievement of business results.
Manage investigations and escalations from sales leaders.
Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
