About This Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Manager, Project Engineering that will lead and manage a team of engineers on large civil projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

  • Oversee the Project Engineering team and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop and implement project management processes and best practices.

  • Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for engineering projects, ensuring financial targets are met.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
