This full-time role reports to the Senior Director of People and Talent, where you'll serve as the key HR partner for Directors and below. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR partner for Support Services teams
• Drive performance management and succession planning
• Guide workforce planning processes aligned with goals
• Facilitate talent reviews and coaching for leadership
• Execute People initiatives within Support Services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; HR certification beneficial
• 7+ years in HR, including 3 in a partnering role
