Reporting to the Director, Transit Operations. The Manager, Operations Training will lead the Training Centre for Niagara Transit, ensuring that new and existing employees receive professional training that complies with Ministry of Transportation (MTO) requirements and Commission’s policy and procedures. The Manager will inspire a thriving and productive training program by managing the MTO Signing Authorities and building on the future state of the Training Centre of Niagara Transit.
