About This Opportunity

Drive your career forward as the Manager of Payroll and Compensation Programs at Globalfaces, where you'll oversee payroll for employees and manage the USA variable compensation structure for Sales agents. This role is essential for ensuring accurate, compliant compensation.

In this dynamic position, you will manage the entire payroll process, from biweekly processing to performance reporting. Fostering collaboration with HR and Finance, you will ensure data integrity and support audits. Your expertise will enable you to execute timely payouts and maintain compliance across payroll practices for both Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end biweekly payroll for Head Office employees
• Validate sales and compensation data for accuracy
• Create weekly/monthly payroll reports for management
• Maintain payroll and HRIS systems effectively
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related issues
