The Manager of Clinical Practice (MCP) provides clinical leadership and ensures excellence in client care. The position is hybrid, requiring 1‑2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure holistic client assessments and client‑centered care plans
Visit clients as needed; manage service delivery and client/HCP matching
Investigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concerns
Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff
Lead training, mentorship, and performance management activities
Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs
Support branch operations, including on‑call clinician access as required
Ensure privacy, health & safety, and regulatory compliance
