About This Opportunity

Join Kids Help Phone as a Client Safety and Quality Improvement Manager in Toronto. This role focuses on enhancing safety and quality within their innovative virtual mental health services.
Working in a hybrid capacity, you will report to the EVP of Clinical Services and be instrumental in establishing client safety practices and organizational assessment frameworks. This role is essential for promoting a culture of accountability and continuous enhancement across KHP. You’ll lead key quality initiatives, utilizing data to inform improvements and foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement safety management systems
• Analyze trends to drive data-informed improvements
• Build dashboards for quality reporting
• Facilitate quality training and evaluations
• Monitor accreditation compliance and standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–7 years in quality improvement or patient safety
