Length of temporary contract: Approx. 9 months
Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and manage operating budgets for the Department ensuring cost effective utilization of human and fiscal resources. Report and analyze utilization on a monthly basis.
Ensure appropriate orientation and educational programs are in place to support professional practice.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct written performance appraisals according to established hospital standards and policies.
Maintain OH&S compliance with demonstrated safety awareness and leadership.
