POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for preparing the OTB plan, including the financial KPIs: sell through, discount, inventory turn assumption, for the regional merchandising team to prepare seasonal buy and improve assortment productivity.Drive and manage an integrated and successful regional Buy management process that effectively supports brand profitability and business objectives. Monitor in season sales planning to make sure each category full year net sales are achieved.
