Manager, Marketing Operations – Flexible hybrid schedule, currently located at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then moving to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop a high‑performing Marketing Production/Operations team

• Coach staff through weekly one‑to‑one sessions, group meetings, development plans, and annual goal setting.
• Balance team capacity, forecast projects, and manage performance cycles.
• Build a results‑driven culture that rewards experimentation and continuous learning.

2. Manage marketing resources to optimize end‑to‑end content supply‑chain delivery
