Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and develop a skilled maintenance team
Promote a safe and motivating work environment
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and company standards in all maintenance activities
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Produce regular reports on performance and key indicators (KPIs)
Manage, analyze, and present the maintenance budget
Identify and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs
