Provide functional support for the Loan IQ system, including issue triage, escalation, and resolution in partnership with internal technology teams and external vendors
Support daily operational activities and strategic change initiatives within GWO Lending Services in alignment with regulatory requirements and global operating standards
Maintain deep functional knowledge of Loan IQ and corporate lending operations, including industry conventions and workflows
Coordinate with vendor support teams and internal technology partners for system changes, enhancements, and defect management
Lead and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and change deployments
