UNB Libraries' Learning & Engagement Services unit provide over 300 hours per week of frontline service at the Harriet Irving Library (HIL), the IUC Library (IUCL), and the Head Hall Library (HHL). The unit delivers core services to students, faculty, and staff, including reference support, circulation, access to library spaces and collections, and in-person assistance across multiple service points. Normally the first point of contact for library users, the unit play a key role in supporting student success through accessible, inclusive, and reliable services.
