CA$160,000.00/yr - CA$190,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Investment Operations team, including trade bookings, settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliations with prime brokers and counterparties.
Support the launch of new processes and products.
Assess and enhance the department’s control environment, identifying risks and implementing proactive measures to strengthen internal controls.
Recommend and implement improvements to systems, workflows, responsibilities, and reporting.
Coordinate testing of new technologies before deployment and communicate findings to the team and management.
