Responsibilities
Lead country‑specific objective setting, measurement, reporting, organizational development, and process improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain ITC policies and procedures; facilitate best‑practice sharing.
Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory developments and directives; ensure timely and effective implementation of corresponding controls.
Facilitate and oversee interactions with external legal counsel, brokers/forwarders, and trade authorities.
Plan and lead the implementation and enhancement of ITC solutions/applications.
