Leads and oversees the Security Operations Centre / Corporate Security in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. The Security Operations Centre (SOC) is the initial point of intake for the effective oversight and triage of all incidents or events reported to Corporate Security Canada. This role is accountable for supporting the strategic priorities of Corporate Security, including accountability for providing advice, guidance, and direction on a range of issues and initiatives aimed to meet partner’s needs, and minimize financial, operational, and reputational risk to Scotiabank.
