Prepare and review quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and notes in accordance with IFRS. Own the preparation and accuracy of disclosures related to leases, share-based compensation, business combinations, PPE, and consolidation matters. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate reporting data and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements. Support management discussion & analysis (MD&A) and other regulatory filings. Serve as the subject-matter expert on: IFRS 16 Leases – lease portfolio analysis, ROU assets and lease liability measurement, discount rate application, modification assessments, required disclosures.
