About the role

The Manager, Financial Instruments & Securities Reporting will support the Senior Manager in delivering enterprise-wide financial instruments classification, securities reporting processes and disclosures. This role is critical to governance and control, ensuring meaningful disclosures to shareholders, regulators and the analyst community.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver RBC’s annual, quarterly and regulatory deliverables, including consolidating the monthly securities portfolio, populating quarterly disclosures and monthly deliverables.
• Coordinate bank-wide reporting of various disclosures such as Financial Instruments Levelling, Level 3 roll forward, sensitivities and unobservable inputs.
• Conduct complex data analysis on large datasets to identify trends, insights and data quality issues, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with other disclosures.
