Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, you will lead, manage and grow the Electrical and Instrumentation engineering department
Plan, schedule and determine workforce requirements for multiple concurrent projects
Identify resource gaps and undertake associated training and recruitment activities at all levels within the discipline to fill such gaps.
Ensure the work is delivered on schedule and to the technical and quality standards that align with Ausenco’s delivery model.
Supervise and direct engineers, designers, and draftspeople in preparing design documents, including drawings, specifications, schedules, and estimates.
