Manager, Data Platforms to lead Kafka and Managed File Transfer teams with accountability for 24/7 support and service reliability.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of system engineers responsible for design, implementation and support of Real-time messaging (Kafka), Managed File Transfers (GoAnywhere), and RPA (UFT) platforms.
Oversee and coordinate 24/7 support for all managed platforms, ensuring rapid response and resolution of incidents to maintain service availability.
Serve as the escalation point for critical incidents, coordinating with business owners and external vendors to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
Oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and operations of the 3 platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
