Join a high-performing Sydney-based tax team where you’ll play a key role in delivering corporate tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to complex tax matters, including transaction support and structuring, while working closely with senior stakeholders and clients. You’ll also contribute to team leadership by supporting and developing junior staff in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Oversee client engagements and ensure quality delivery across corporate tax matters
Provide commercial tax advice, identifying risks, opportunities and solutions for issues
Act as a trusted advisor on M&A activity including structuring and due diligence
