About This Opportunity

Position Summary

Seeking a solid Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position will report to the Director or Sr Manager of Construction and will oversee assigned land-based projects. This person will oversee the entire construction phases for the assigned land-based project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and/or support the process of negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

  • Maintain and regularly produce reports utilizing a combination of Project Management Software and Microsoft Office programs.

  • Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.

  • Holds external vendors / contractors responsible for delays and cost overruns from the project schedule.
