Reporting to the Director of Compliance Advisory & Challenge, the Manager of Compliance will be responsible for a portfolio of critical compliance program functions within Amex Bank of Canada’s Compliance Advisory & Challenge team. The role will have four primary strategic components to it:
1. Leading Compliance Issue Management and Operational Risk Event oversight, including assessment of issues and events, effective challenge of business actions and remediation plans, and ensuring timely and sustainable resolution of compliance risks; 2.
