As the Manager, Commercialization, you are the commercialization expert in your designated product category. You understand the unique needs of your category to lead, support and guide a team of specialists in their efforts to develop and deliver the technical specifications and factory competencies to be buy ready and production ready, while meeting product cost strategies, quality and manufacturing standards and efficiency. You provide insight and recommend sustainable strategies for your product category to continuously improve speed, optimize total product cost, support margin, and best utilize supply chain capability and efficiencies to achieve the product intent, function, and performance with integrity.
