Manage staff engaged in the development and delivery of project services. Plan, schedule, organize and assign work to ensure that quality and accuracy of work are maintained and on schedule
Provide advice, guidance and direction to staff in the resolution of work-related problems, as well provide clear expectations and performance measures
Provide leadership through demonstration and response to staff requirements to achieve targets, plans, strategies and quality objectives to deliver service levels
Make effective recommendations on human resource issues, including career counselling, hiring, discharge, discipline and resolving work performance problems
Work with staff in other business units to communicate details of project work processes along with standard documents, templates, applications, scheduling materials and to clarify roles and accountabilities
