Partner with the Senior Manager to formulate strategy and drive profitability – including P&L recommendations, pricing initiatives and expense reduction opportunities
Ensure the Business Banking Credit operating model is set up to sustain growth targets and support strategic priorities
Identify and champion improvements to client and employee experience and operational efficiency across the portfolio
