ADP is hiring a Manager, Application Development. Responsibilities
Lead a product development team of 10‑12 members, including programmers, technical leads, and a scrum master. Oversee a Tier 3 support team composed of subject matter experts, developers, and business analysts. Ensure the effective execution of product development initiatives with a focus on quality, security, and resilience. Provide people leadership, fostering team engagement, conducting periodic engagement and performance pulses, and managing compensation planning. Set clear performance expectations for team members, ensure they have necessary resources, monitor performance, reward achievements, and address underperformance through regular check‑ins and formal evaluations.
