Responsibilities include executing and enabling AI initiatives, driving measurable outcomes, and focusing on training, education, and change management to support lasting adoption. The Manager guides AI BAs in discovering needs, defining use cases, supporting implementation, and working with IT teams while maintaining ownership of the business outcomes.
