  • Experience as an Account Manager or an individual contributor in Customer Success or Sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Incredibly organized.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Love for data, testing and learning.
  • Uniquely creative mind.
  • Post-secondary education in business management or management training is a plus.
