These are not standard project management roles. We are looking for proven construction executives who have already led major institutional work at scale and are ready to take ownership of complex, high profile builds that require technical depth, political maturity, commercial strength, and real leadership presence. The ideal candidates will come from a major Canadian general contractor, construction manager, P3 consortium, or large infrastructure delivery environment. Hospital experience is strongly preferred.
