Support the organization and smooth operation of the restaurant.
Lead the station during service, ensuring organization, pace and service excellence.
Maintain quality standards, organization and presentation of the service.
Ensure service excellence in line with brand standards and the LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) guidelines.
Deliver a welcoming and personalized experience to guests.
Monitor the operation to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Act in an integrated way with the team and other involved areas.
Monitor customer satisfaction, anticipate needs and resolve demands.
Contribute to the organization of materials and resources for the operation.
