You, as a Maintenance Technician, will:
Operate and maintain all facility equipment and tools
Respond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical equipment and systems
Monitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoring
Lead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration. Issue permit-to-work and hot work permits. Report any noncompliance and safety-related matter
Ensure conformance to the Environmental Management System within key process areas
Maintain records and information pertinent to work assignments
Close PM and routine work orders on the PDA after completing work assignments<...
